30-Day Hands-on DevOps Engineering Cohort

You already know the tools. Now practice working like a DevOps engineer.

This is not another step-by-step course. You work through production-style tickets, investigate independently, make engineering decisions and defend your approach in live review.

Next cohort dates will be announced soon.

How the cohort works

Work through real engineering tickets. Make the decisions yourself.

Real engineering work rarely tells you which command to run next. The cohort is built around repeated cycles of investigation, decisions, implementation and review.

01

Receive the ticket

You get a production-style engineering task without a step-by-step solution.

02

Investigate independently

Read the context, inspect the evidence and decide what you need to understand first.

03

Make the engineering decision

Choose the approach, document the reasoning and account for the trade-offs.

04

Implement or document

Turn the decision into working infrastructure, configuration or an engineering proposal.

05

Defend it live

Explain your approach in review and answer follow-up questions about risk, alternatives and production impact.

06

Improve the next ticket

Apply the feedback immediately to the next engineering ticket and make better decisions as the project evolves.

Who it is for

Built for engineers who know the basics but need production-style practice.

You understand Linux, Git, Docker, cloud and CI/CD fundamentals.

You want to become stronger at troubleshooting and engineering decisions.

You can commit roughly two focused hours per day.

You are comfortable investigating before asking for the solution.

Not a beginner bootcamp

This cohort expects you to investigate and make decisions independently.

If you are completely new to Linux, Git, Docker, cloud or Terraform, build your fundamentals first and come back when you're comfortable working with them.

What you will work through

A full engineering flow, not isolated tool demos.

The exact tickets evolve, but the work is designed to connect application runtime, infrastructure, networking, delivery and operations into one realistic engineering journey.

Git and engineering workflow
Docker and local runtime design
CI/CD validation and delivery
Terraform and Azure infrastructure
Networking and private connectivity
Identity, secrets and access control
Monitoring and production readiness
Troubleshooting, rollback and recovery

The part tutorials cannot give you

You have to explain why your solution is the right one.

Live reviews are designed to challenge assumptions. Expect questions about alternatives, failure modes, production risk, security, cost and what you would do differently under different constraints.
